The food was APPETISING, with a great selection of options. The location was marvellous and perfect, not too far away from a Hyde park. Further, it was very close to both Paddington station and Hyde park, and many restaurants nearby.
Definitely, there was breakfast missing.

We were lucky to have very amiable and easy going staff. Its perfect, central location was a plus. Just 5 minutes on foot to London Paddington underground, was a big plus.
Some people working there were not very helpful.

What a wonderful stay, nothing to complain about. Delicious and nice meals. Reasonably large and appropriate unit with bunk beds, extremely friendly staff. Great and perfect location to Sherlock Holmes Museum.
